- •American Society of Anesthesiology physical status 1and 2 undergoing elective TURP surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients refusal to participate in the study
- •Patients with atrioventricular block, cardiac arrhythmias ,renal failure, uncontrolled hypertension, ischaemic heart disease,cardiac failure.
- •Any contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia.
- •Documented allergy to drugs.
- •Failed spinal anaesthesia.
