- •Age = 18 years
- •Male and female patients with asymptomatic or symptomatic heart failure with reduced or preserved ejection fraction (based on diagnosis and/or echocardiographic findings), or who have a history of cardiac assist device implantation or heart transplantation
- •Written informed consent

- •Lack of consent to participate in the biobank
