- •Patients with acetabular fracture scheduled for open reduction and internal fixation or hip arthroplasty
排除标准
- •Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •History of allergy to any of the study drug
- •Patients in whom regional anaesthesia is contraindicated (spinal abnormalities, infection at the site of injection, coagulopathies, raised intracranial tension)
