- •1. Patients with Diagnosis of Cholangitis I° and II° (Tokyo Guidelines 2018) and after ERCP with stent insertion and sufficient biliary drainage
- •2. Antibiotic treatment according to Tokyo Guidelines 2018
排除标准
- •1. Age <18J.
- •2. Already participated at this study
- •3. Insufficient biliary drainage
- •4. Septic patient (IMC-pflichtig, Cholangitis III°)
- •5. Concomittant acute biliary pancreatitis
- •6. Concomittant decompensated comorbidity
- •7. Concomittant infection of other etiology
- •8. Dialysis
- •9. Chemotherapy
- •10. Severe psychiatric disease
- •11. Gram positive bacteria in blood culture
- •12. Post liver transplant with purulent cholangitis in ERCP
