- •ASA 1 and 2 parturient, 20 to 40 years, with singleton pregnancy, undergoing normal vaginal delivery, elective cesarean section or emergency cesarean section
排除标准
- •Patients already in active labor prior to admission, cesarean section done under general anaesthesia, intra-operative use of opioids, analgesics or ketamine, pre-existing diseases like diabetes mellitus, CKD or PIH, daily use of pain medications before or during pregnancy
