- •1.Preeclampsia, pregnancy-induced hypertension
- •2.Patient with heart disease
- •3.Any grade of placenta previa and placenta abruption
- •4.Patient with liver dysfunction, coagulopathy
- •5.Patients undergoing elective or emergency cesarean delivery under general anesthesia
