- •Patients undergoing elective caeserean section
- •AGE 18 YEARS and above
- •Weight 50 to 100kgs
- •Height 150 to 180cms
- •Singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Allergy to phenylephrine
- •Hypertension,cardiovascular,cerebrovascualr,pulmonary or endocrine diseases
- •Fetal abnormalities
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •Contraindications to spinal anesthesia
