入选标准
- •ASA class 1 and 2
- •-BMI <29.9 kg/m2
- •-Patients undergoing below elbow ortho and general surgeries
排除标准
- •-Local infection at site of puncture
- •-any neurological deficit in upper limb
- •-History of haematological disorders, including coagulation abnormality
- •-known allergy to study drugs
- •-C/L phrenic nerve palsy, C/L rib fracture
- •-Refusal to regional anaesthesia , anatomical abnormality at the site, peripheral neuropathy and nerve injury
