入选标准
- •1 patients suffering from rheumatic mitral valve disease with atrial fibrillation, scheduled for routine mitral valve replacement surgery.
排除标准
- •1 Patients with HR of < 55/min
- •2 LA size >60mm
- •4 Sick sinus rhythm
- •5 Atrioventricular block
- •6 Serum creatinine >200mmol/l
- •7 Elevated liver enzymes
- •8 Concomitant coronary artery disease
- •9 Moderate to severe LV dysfunction
- •10 Redo and emergency surgery
- •11 Patients on mechanical ventilation/ intra-aortic balloon pump
