入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients giving written informed consent will be taken. Aged between 50-75years. ASA physiological I and II.
排除标准
- •Refusal of patients
- •Patients undergone General anesthesia within 7 days, had taken Alpha-2 agonist within 14 days.
- •Patients who had experienced acute stable angina or myocardial infarcation within previous 6 week.
- •Patients with liver cirrhosis, thrombocytopenia and coagulopathies ,third degree heart block and who had contraindication of neuraxial block, severe bradycardia and has systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmhg.
- •Pregnant female
- •Current psychiatric disorder h/o seizures
- •Known drug allergy to the study.
- •ASA III and ASA IV.
