Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult male or female age between 18 to 60 years
- •ASA grade IorII
- •Patients undergoing nasal surgery in which nasal packing until 24 hour after surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient refusal
- •Allergy to alpha\-2 adrenergic agonist or NSAIDS
- •BMI \>30 kg/m2
- •chronic kidney or liver disease
- •cognitive impairment
- •chronic use of antipsychotic medication
