Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults candidate for cardiac surgery
- •Ejection Fraction(EF) \>20%
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •Taking preoperative antipsychotic drugs
- •Lack of patient cooperation and satisfaction
- •History of delirium, neuropsychiatric disorders and seizures
- •Emergency operation
