入选标准
- •1. Age more than 20 years old
- •2. Diagnosed with gynecologic malignancy of cervix, endometrium, or ovary
- •3. Elective laparotomy surgery
- •4. Having surgery performed by gynecologic oncology service
- •5. Time to surgery 2-4 week after cancer diagnoses
排除标准
- •1. Unable to follow oral instructions
- •2. Neuromuscular disease-causing motor weakness
- •3. Emergency operation
- •4. Preoperative hyperalimentation
- •5. Bowel obstruction
- •6. Can not tolerate physical program due to chronic illness
