入排标准
入选标准
- •All patients with new onset undifferentiated shock:
- •Heart rate: > 120 beats/min
- •Systolic blood pressure: < 90 mm HG or Mean arterial pressure < 60 mm HG
- •Urine Output: <0.5 ml/kg/hour
排除标准
- •1.Patients with cardiogenic and spinal shock
- •2.Suspected/Confirmed cervical spine fracture or patients with cervical collar
- •3.Patients having swelling over neck obscuring the structures
- •4.Patients who underwent head and neck surgery or burn where anatomy might be distorted
- •5.Patients already on inotropes
- •6.Obese patients
- •7.Patients presenting with features of increased intra-abdominal pressure.
