简要总结

This study aims to evaluate the therapeutic role of Mind Sound Resonance Technique, a yogic relaxation practice, in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. The focus is on assessing its impact on salivary cortisol, quality of life, and fatigue levels. Since PCOS is strongly linked with stress, hormonal imbalance, and reduced well-being, MSRT may help by modulating the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis, reducing cortisol, improving psychological health, and enhancing overall quality of life.
