•Adults aged 19 years or older.
•Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD), by a physician.
•Own a smartphone and are capable of using digital health applications and chatbot services.
•Are able and willing to use the WITH-Jang self-management application and the patient reassurance chatbot throughout the study period.
•Have received sufficient explanation regarding the study objectives, procedures, intervention, and handling of personal information, and have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

•Individuals who are unable to use a smartphone or access the internet, making it difficult to use the digital healthcare application or chatbot.
•Individuals with cognitive impairment, communication difficulties, or visual or hearing impairments that would interfere with understanding the study procedures or completing the questionnaires.
•Individuals who are considered unlikely to complete the scheduled assessments or participate consistently in the intervention throughout the study period.
•Individuals whom the investigators determine to be unsuitable for participation for any other reason that may compromise the conduct of the study or the validity of the study results.
