入选标准
- •Adults aged 19 years or older.
- •Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD), by a physician.
- •Own a smartphone and are capable of using digital health applications and chatbot services.
- •Are able and willing to use the WITH-Jang self-management application and the patient reassurance chatbot throughout the study period.
- •Have received sufficient explanation regarding the study objectives, procedures, intervention, and handling of personal information, and have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Individuals who are unable to use a smartphone or access the internet, making it difficult to use the digital healthcare application or chatbot.
- •Individuals with cognitive impairment, communication difficulties, or visual or hearing impairments that would interfere with understanding the study procedures or completing the questionnaires.
- •Individuals who are considered unlikely to complete the scheduled assessments or participate consistently in the intervention throughout the study period.
- •Individuals whom the investigators determine to be unsuitable for participation for any other reason that may compromise the conduct of the study or the validity of the study results.
