•(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for CSU/chronic addiction rash in EAACI/GA2LEN/EDF/WAO Guidelines for Definition, Classification, Diagnosis and Treatment of Urticaria and Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria for Diseases and Syndrome;
•(2) Right-handed; 18 years old = age = 70 years old, education = 6 years, both male and female;
•(3) 7-day urticaria activity score (Urticaria Activity Score 7, UAS7)>14;
•(4) There are no metal implants in the body, and there is no contraindication to fMRI scanning;
•(5) No antihistamines within 2 weeks before entering the study, no steroid hormones and immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month;
•(6) Those who did not receive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment or participated in other ongoing clinical investigators 3 months before entering the study;
•(7) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this researcher.
•Note: Only patients who meet the above 7 items can be included in this study.

•(1) Those with claustrophobia and other contraindications to MRI;
•(2) Journalists who cannot understand or record the urticaria day;
•(3) Pregnant women and lactating women;
•(4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems;
•(5) Progressive malignant tumor or other serious wasting diseases, who are prone to infection and bleeding;
•(6) Those who are unconscious, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms or mentally ill;
•(7) Participated in similar researchers within 1 month.
•Note: All patients who meet any one of the above items will be excluded.
