- •2.Age 18 to 45 years.
- •3.Patients with ASA grade I and II.

- •? patients refusing consent to participate in the study
- •? patients allergic to propofol and/or lignocaine
- •? obesity(bmi >30)
- •? anticipated difficult airway
- •? Respiratory/cerebriovascular/cardiovascular and renal diseases including hypertension
