入选标准
- •1. Patients fulfilling DSM-IV criteria for dementia
- •2. Patients fulfilling NINCDS-ADRDA possible or probable AD (Alzheimer’s disease)
- •3. aged between 65 to 100 years old
- •4. caregiver who can give full information about patient should exist
- •5. same antidementia and antipsychotic medications at least 2 months before study enrollment
- •6. patients who can visit hospital at every follow up
- •7. K-MMSE =5 and FAST score 6a or less
排除标准
- •1. severe uncontrolled medical condition
- •2. other degenerative brain diesase or psychiatric disease which can cause dementia
- •3. 2 or more antidementia medication(excluding brain pill).
- •4. patients or caregivers do not accept the study
