Methods
Fifty participants with radiating cervical pain with numbness in affected side were randomly allocated to 1- Experimental group (Pre- Hot pack, TENS, PNF stretching hold relax) and 2- control or conventional group (Pre hot pack, TENS isometric exercise) for 4 consecutive weeks. Numeric Pain Rate Scale for pain, Dynamometer for Hand grip strength measurement , WHOQOF-BREF , The upper extremity functional index are measured at baseline, and after completion of session (4week).

- •Radiating symptoms of cervical radiculopathy Patient with numbness in affected side If positive result were found in minimum three test Spurling test, Upper limb neurodynamic test 1 and Foramen Compression test and Distraction test.
排除标准
- •Cervical Surgery Carpel Tunnel Syndrome Cervical Circulatory Disorder Traumatic history Malignancy.
