入选标准
- •Patients with proximal ureteral stones with a diameter greater than 10 mm
- •Age more than 18 years
- •Stones less than 10 mm in diameter that did not respond to medical treatment
- •Grade I or II status according to American Society of Anesthesiologists criteria.
排除标准
- •Underlying diseases that make surgery a high risk for the patient
- •Suffering from contraindications to general anesthesia due to severe cardiopulmonary disease attack
- •Contraindications of spinal anesthesia from coagulopathy attack, hypovolemia, or lumbar skin infection.
- •Unwillingness of patients to participate in the study.
