入选标准
- •- The volunteers need to wear a full denture in upper jaw and lower jaw.
- •- 40-65 years of age
- •- unstimulated and stimulated saliva flow rate of > 0,25 and >0,75 ml/min, respectively
排除标准
- •- Use of medication which can influence salivary flow.
- •- Self reported or observed grinding or clenching habit
- •- Symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux (heartburn, regurgitation, vomiting)
- •- Vegetarian diet
- •- Abnormal drinking habits (e.g. swishing or holding of drinks before swallowing).
