- •1 Systemically healthy adults aged 18 to 60 years.
- •2 Presence of not less than 24 teeth.
- •3 Mandibular molar with dental caries with or without irreversible/reversible pulpitis with adjacent teeth.
- •4 Intact contralateral mandibular tooth with adjacent teeth.
- •5 Presence of opposing, and contralateral vital counterpart to the experimental tooth

- •1 Patients with symptomatic apical periodontitis.
- •2 Patients with fixed prostheses.
- •3 Patients undergoing active orthodontic treatment.
- •4 Presence of malocclusion.
