- •Apfel score of 2 or more (moderate to high risk patients)
- •Posted for surgeries expected to be completed in 4 hours or less
排除标准
- •Patients requiring Ryleâ??s tube
- •Anticipated difficult airway
- •Surgeries that can result in entry of blood into stomach
- •Patients in who succinylcholine is contraindicated
