- •2.Patients comes under NewYork Heart Association of dyspnoea (NYHA)grade II & III
- •3.Patients Willing for education and follow up care
排除标准
- •1.Patients Hospitalized greater than 1 month,
- •2.Patients with known history of congenital heart disease,3.Patients with associated complications like arrhythmias, CVA,end stage renal disease, and Chronic mental disease,4.Patients posted for cardiac surgery
