入选标准
- •(1) The diagnosis and treatment standard and prescription selection of TCM diseases are referred to in TCM diagnosis and treatment;
- •(2) The western medicine diagnosis standard is referred to the guide for diagnosis and treatment of chronic sinusitis : the changes of nasal cavity and sinuses, congestion and mucus, etc. have been confirmed by CT and other imaging;
- •(3) The course of disease was more than 12 weeks;
- •(4) Patients and their families were informed of the study and signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Pregnant or lactating women;
- •(2) Chronic sinusitis caused by other bacteria and viruses;
- •(3) Patients complicated with allergic rhinitis, asthma, bronchitis and other serious respiratory diseases;
- •(4) Deviation of nasal septum and abnormal nasal structure;
- •(5) Patients with malignant tumor;
- •(6) Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction;
- •(7) Mentally abnormal, unable to communicate normally.
