入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Pre-eclamptic parturient who are on antihypertensive treatment.
- •2.Singleton pregnancy.
- •3.Elective LSCS
- •4.Normal bleeding profile.
- •5. More than 36 weeks of pregnancy.
- •6.ASA II and III.
排除标准
- •1.Signs of HELLP syndrome.
- •2. Fetal distress and cord prolapse.
- •3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
- •4.Patients with a significant history of drug or alcohol abuse.
- •5.Previous LSCS.
- •6.Morbid obesity(BMI >35kg/m2).
- •7.Neurological or musculoskeletal disease.
- •8.Unable to understand visual analogue score.
- •9. Thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 80000/mm3).
- •10. Placental abnormalities like placenta previa and abruptio placenta
