- •Posted for elective diagnostic gynaecological laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia
- •Belonging to ASA physical status 1 and 2.
- •Weight between 40 to 80 kgs.
- •Duration of surgery upto 60 mints.
排除标准
- •Patient with significant cardiovascular,renal,hepatic,neurological disease.
- •Known allergy to study drugs.
- •Patients who received opioid/non opioid analgesic upto 1week before surgery.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •If surgery was converted to open laparotomy.
