入选标准
- •Healthy participants Age more than 40 years
- •Age related Cataract
- •Diagnosed case of Diabetes Mellitus of
- •any duration controlled on oral
- •hypoglycemic agents(OHA) / insulin with random blood sugar <200mg/dl and
- •HbA1c < 7%
- •Age more than 40 years
- •Age Related Cataract
排除标准
- •Patients with complicated cataract surgery
- •Patients with intraocular pressure(IOP) >21 mmHg
- •Dense cataract in whom SD-OCT cannot be performed
- •Ocular disease that might affect central macular thickness including
- •1) Glaucoma
- •2) Uveitis
- •3) Age related macular degeneration
- •4) Patients with other vascular retinopathy like hypertensive retinopathy, retinal vein
- •occlusion and retinal artery occlusion
- •5) Macular hole
- •6) Epiretinal membrane
- •7) Retinal detachment
- •8) Optic neuritis
