- •Patients of either sex belonging to Americans society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class 1 to 2, scheduled to undergo elective surgery for intracranial tumour resection will be enrolled.
排除标准
- •Patients having
- •Electrolyte imbalance
- •Preoperative Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) <13
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Pre-existing renal failure (serum creatinine >2)
- •Coagulation abnormalities
- •Pregnancy and Lactation
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Refusal to give consent
- •will not be included in the study.
