入选标准
- •Medical necessity of invasive blood pressure monitoring (i.e. inserting arterial line) prior to the induction of general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •- age < 18 years
- •- pregnancy
- •- body weight > 120 kg
- •- ASA score > 4
- •- emergency operation
- •- hemodynamic instability requiring medical intervention prior to induction (vasopressors, inotropes etc.)
- •- cerebrovascular disease
- •- known carotid stenosis
- •- LVEF < 30%
- •- COPD GOLD 4
- •- CKD with creatinine > 2,25 mg/dl or need for chronic dialysis
- •- liver cirrhosis CHILD B oder C
- •- ACS = 3 months prior
- •- acute hematological malignancy (acute leukemias, lymphomas)
- •- ongoing chemotherapy
- •- history of Raynaud's syndrome
- •- systemic sclerosis
- •- systemic vasculitides
- •- peripheral artery disease
- •additional exclusion criteria for patients receiving esketamine:
- •- hyperthyroidism
- •- ACS = 12 months prior
- •- PCI or CABG = 12 months prior
- •- hydrocephalus
- •- schizophrenia
- •- depression
- •- substance use disorders
- •- bipolar disorder
- •- blood pressure > 190 mmHg systolic upon arrival in the holding bay
