- •ASA 1 and ASA2 patients undergoing nasal intubation with normal coagulation profile
排除标准
- •H/O cough and cold in past two weeks
- •H/O anatomical deformity of Nasopharyngeal pathway /nasal injury /maxillo facial injury
- •H/O recurrent epistaxis
- •H/O any known allergy to used group
- •H/O deranged liver function or coagulation profile
- •H/O difficult airway
- •H/O pregnency
- •H/O uncontrolled hypertension
