- •No history of shoulder pain or orthopedic surgery within the past 6 months.
- •A range of motion of external rotation of the shoulder joint of 45° or more.
- •No neurological injury or musculoskeletal disease of the upper extremities.
排除标准
- •History of experience pain or discomfort during external rotation of the shoulder.
- •History of experience pain during the maximal voluntary isometric contraction test of the shoulder muscles.
- •Individuals who are pregnant.
