Primary objective :
To study the efficacy of Ashwagandhadi lepa in the management of Shuddha
vrana .
Secondary objective:
-
To Study Shuddha vrana in detail as per Ayurvedic and modern aspect.

To study the ropan effect of trial drug i.e Ashwagandhadi lepa and Hydrogel.
Study population:
It will be selected from patients attending OPD and IPD
Duration of study - 18 months
Duration of treatment -7 days
(Further Follow up on 14th and 21st day)
30 patients will be taken in each group
Sampling technique:
Simple Randomized sampling will be done for 60 patients of age group 15 to 60
years.
Data Analysis : Data will be analysed using appropriate statistical methods to compare the
effectiveness of the intervension on the primary and secondary outcomes.
Ethical Considerations : The study will be conducted in accordence with ethical guidelines and with
informed consent from participents.

入选标准
- •Patients having vrana in Shuddha awastha.
- •Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation etc.
- •Dimension of wound upto 32sq.cm.
- •Wounds which are present to extremities only.
- •Patients either Age between 15 to 60 year.
排除标准
- •) Wounds not having signs-symptoms of Shuddha vran or are Dushta.
- •Patients having bleeding disorder.
- •Wounds of size more than 32sq.cm.
- •Diagnosed patients of AIDS, Diabeties mallitus, Hepatitis B., Tuberculosis and immune-compromised.
- •Patients with anemia.
