入选标准
- •1) Aged 70 years or older at the time of informed consent
- •2) Patients who have been hospitalized for heart failure more than once
- •3) Patients with NYHA classification II >= before discharge
排除标准
- •1) Patients on continuous infusion therapy with cardiotonics such as catecholamines
- •2) Patients in whom the 1-year observation was predicted to be impossible
