入选标准
- •1. Age 65 years old or above
- •2. Have the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores between 17-24 points
- •3. Pass the Lawton Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale (L-IADL)
- •4. Pass Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires Plus (PAR-Q+)
- •5. Living in Pathum Thani or Nakhon Pathom provinces.
- •6. No history of exacerbation respiratory diseases in the past 6 months
- •7. Able to understand, communicate and write in the Thai language.
排除标准
- •1. Have problems with mental illness, uncontrol cardiovascular diseases, acute exacerbation of COPD or uncontrolled asthma diagnosed by a physician.
- •2. Have Problems with musculoskeletal problems that disturbed exercise and movement such as fracture
- •3. Have neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, epilepsy)
- •4. Uncontrolled the symptoms of diabetes.
- •5. Blood pressure >180/120 mmHg.
- •6. Resting heart rate > 120 beats/minutes
- •7. Have urinary incontinent
