入选标准
- •Adults aged 18 years or older
- •Currently voiceless due to tracheostomy, prolonged intubation or related airway management
- •Clinically stable and suitable for participation at the time of the study session
- •Able to tolerate a brief communication interaction
- •Able to demonstrate capacity to provide informed consent
- •Able to demonstrate reliable yes/no communication
- •Able to participate in a brief communication task using LipReader and standard communication tools
排除标准
- •Inability to demonstrate capacity to provide informed consent
- •Inconsistent or unreliable yes/no responses
- •Delirium or acute cognitive impairment
- •Clinical instability requiring urgent intervention
- •Severe visual impairment preventing use of the smartphone interface
- •Facial obstruction preventing adequate lip visibility
- •Distress, fatigue or discomfort making participation inappropriate
- •Any circumstance in which the treating team considers participation not to be in the patient’s best interests
