- •Emergency surgery
- •Long standing Diabetes cases or on insulin.
- •Hypertensive patients on more than one antihypertensive drugs or on diuretics, or on beta blocker, or alfa2 agonists.
- •Altered coagulation profile, or on antiplatelet drugs.
