入选标准
- •1. Age more than 20 years old
- •2. Subjects with diagnosis of RHC
- •3. Diagnosis of systemic sclerosis by rheumatologist according to systemic sclerosis guidelines (van den Hoogen et al., 2013)
- •4. Diagnosis of CTEPH according to the PH guidelines (Galiè et al., 2015) by cardiologist and hematologist
排除标准
- •1. Unwillingness or inability to perform the testing procedure
- •2. Subjects with a history of cardiovascular disease (i.e. coronary heart disease, chronic HF and myocardial infarction) within 3 months before test
- •3. Subjects with a history of systemic infections within 3 months before test
- •4. Subjects with symptoms of respiratory tract infection within 6 weeks prior to the study
- •5. Subjects with absolute contraindications of CPET
- •6. Subjects with type 2, 3, or 5 PH
- •7. SSc patients who cannot use treadmill due to conditions such as painful, ischemic ulcers, active myositis, extremity contracture, severe malnutrition, and polyneuropathy
