- •Patients having the symptoms of Shortness of breath, tightness of chest, wheeze added with rhonchi sound, cough with or without expectoration.
- •History of allergy.
- •Patient who are willing to involve in the study by signing the consent and fulfilling the condition of performa.
- •Patient who are willing to undergo laboratory investigation and pulmonary function test (PFT)

- •Cardiac asthma
- •Renal asthma
- •Tuberculosis
- •Status asthmaticus
- •Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Psychological diseases
