- •1.Willing to participate in the study.
- •2.Within the age group 18– 40.
- •3.Having Pre-menstrual syndrome.
- •4.Having regular menstrual cycle
排除标准
- •PATIENTS WHO:
- •1.Have undergone surgery during the last 6 months.
- •2.Are having Gynecological disorders like polycystic ovarian disease.
- •3.Have history of chronic disorder.
- •4.Have irregular menstrual cycle due to underlying pathology.
- •5.Follow other interventions for premenstrual syndrome.
- •6.Were taking sedatives and other drugs.
