- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status ( ASAPS ) l and ll scheduled for elective standardized surgeries under general anaesthesia with muscle relaxation requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Patients with severe cardio pulmonary diseases
- •Laparoscopic surgeries
- •Pregnant women
- •Obese patients
- •The presence of any gas filled , space occupying lesion
- •Surgery duration less than 2 hours
- •Patients with anticipated blood loss of more than 20 % of volume and hypothermia
- •Neuromuscular disorders , hearing disabilities
