- •Gestation age of more than 37 weeks
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •All other emergency cases
- •Preeclampsia
- •Chronic hypertension
- •Allergy to drugs used in study
- •Contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia
- •Systolic blood pressure less than 90mmhg and heart rate below 50/min
- •Need for general anaesthesia
- •Height less than 137.16cm
- •ASA grade 3 and 4
