- •Patients aged between 18-75 years.
- •American Society Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status 1 or 2.
- •Patients scheduled to undergo various elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Recent head and neck surgery.
- •Inability to open the mouth ( < 3cms).
- •ASA class 3 â?? 4.
- •Edentulous patients.
- •Head and neck gross external anatomical deformities.
- •Head and neck trauma /swelling/causing airway deformity
- •Refusal to give consent for study.
