- •Thai's patient age equally to or more than 18 years old.
- •Admit to intensive or intermediate care in Ramathibodi hospital
- •Consent to the trials.
排除标准
- •During adjustment of ventilator needs
- •On high ventilator setting (PEEP >12, FiO2 >0.6)
- •Needs nebulization more frequent than 30 minutes
- •Needs suction more frequent than 30 minutes
- •Respiratory rate more than 20 times/minutes
- •Pain with Numeric pain rating scale or visual analogue scale more than 6
- •Wish not to participate
- •End of life care
