- •1.American society of anaesthesiologists gradeI-II
- •2.Scheduled for caesarian section under spinal anesthesia
- •3.Pregnant patients giving informed,written and valid consent
- •4.Atleast 36weeks of gestational age
- •5.Singleton pregnancy
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant women with history of cardiac,liver or kidney disease
- •2.Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •3.Patients belonging to American society of anaesthesiologists gradeIII,IVand V
- •4.Anatomical abnormalities of spine
- •5.Patient refusal
- •6.Pregnant women with allergy to amide local anesthetic
- •7.More than 2 dural punctures
- •8.History of migraine or any chronic headache preoperatively or on the morning of surgery.
