入选标准
- •ASA 1 and ASA 2 Patient under going lower abdominal surgery under regional anaesthesia between 20 â?? 60 years of age
排除标准
- •1.Patients with difficulty in communicating,
- •2.Those prone to nausea, vomiting or motion sickness,
- •3.Patients previously on Opioid analgesic ,anti-emetics within 24 hours before anaesthesia, requiring continuous gastric suction for 24 hours in postoperative period,
- •4.Patient requiring use of opioid analgesics during intraoperative and post operative period will be excluded from study
- •5.Patients having Mallampatti grade-III or above were excluded from study
- •6.Patients with history of migrane
- •7.Pregnant & lactating patients
