- •1.Patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgeries requiring awake nasotracheal intubation with flexible bronchoscope.
- •2.Patients consenting to participate.
- •3.Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with the history of obstructive sleep apnea, nasal trauma, nasal surgery, bleeding diathesis, infection of upper airway
- •2.Patients who are taking anti-coagulant therapy.
- •3.Patients who are on anti-hypertensives.
- •4.Patients in whom postoperative ventilation will be anticipated
