简要总结
TITLE : assessing the effectiveness of Mat -based pilates and rhythmic stabilization on pain, functional impairment, trunk endurance, spinal mobility among college students with non- specific low back pain - A comparative study.
This study investigates the comparative effectiveness of mat based pilates and rhythmic stabilization on pain, functional impairment, trunk endurance, spinal mobility among college students with non- specific low back pain.
the study involves 36 students with non specific low back pain aged 19- 25, with the designed inclusion criteria. participants were divided into two groups : one received mat based pilates and other group received rhythmic stabilization.
outcomes measured were numerical pain rating scale, modified oswestry disability index, modified schober test, trunk flexor endurance test, trunk extensor endurance test. the intervention will last 12 weeks, with assessments at baseline and after 12 weeks.
the study will provide evidence on which intervention, Pilates or rhythmic stabilization is more effective in improving pain, functional status, trunk endurance and spinal mobility in non specific low back pain patients. the results may guide rehabilitation protocols for physiotherapists and health care professionals.
