入选标准
- •elderly male patients of age more than or equal to 60 years
- •ASA physical status 1 or 2
- •body weight between 50-70 kg and height 150-180 cm
- •undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •The patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, recent myocardial infarction
- •contraindications to spinal anesthesia
